At Stateline Video Games, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure a safe transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
